My book ‘Poor Man’s Justice and in previous posts on my blog I have talked about how democracy is being circumvented by overbearing and unaccountable bureaucracies in North America. Both in Canada and the United States, the judical elites have maintained control over society and highjacked the principles of due process under the disguise that their rulings represent the will of the people and have no attachment to power and control.
In my post, ‘Obey or Else, this groups’ elitist hold on society has arisen out of a controlling narrative which is currently being exposed in both nations. Bureaucrates and their supporters, many found in a compliant media, have turned to their last hope in an effort to promote this self-serving judicial deception of people power…willing judges in support of their cause.
My story exposes how a cover-up of judicial manipulation is easily achieved. Hiding factual circumstances while imploring techniques that are designed to deceive the public have become the rule rather than the exception in our justice systems. Remember, my story is not about guilt or innocence, it is about deception and the subversion of due process in the courts and corrections. To understand my story and what happened three decades ago, one only need look at what is occuring in the power struggle that is going on in the United States of America today.
In my case, when a remedy to this judicial deception was forwarded to those in charge of drafting legislation that would protect an individual’s right’s of due process, it was dismissed with an explanation that their is in no need for such legislation as the system’s integrity is beyond reproach. In Poor Man’s Justice and in my earlier posts that highlight the judicary’s need to control the public narrative and not expose itself, the same story is being played out in presidential politics in the United States this very day…the question is; will the courts rule in favour of an elected president given a mandate by the people, or will it rule in favour of an unelected judical beauracracy which falsly claims to represent the people.
